Feeling more cheery
I'm over my bout of homesickness now... I went out and got drunk in Harrow (the village near where I live) with some uni friends (I have been drinking so much here, and when I first came over I vowed not to waste my dollars on booze, but hmm...), I walked to Tescos instead of my local Sainsbury's to get some different food and yesterday I went sightseeing with a mate and I am feeling much better now. Plus I got a supportive email from one of my Sydney chickadees which also helped :)
Harrow is kinda funny. It's just a little village with shops and a few pubs and stuff, but it's almost like my home town... except it's only a short commute in to London city. It's just funny because it reminds me of home in the number of shops and pubs and stuff... except my home town was in the middle of nowhere, unlike Harrow. It's cute, but not exactly the best place to go for a night out!
Umm, I haven't really got anything else to say. Except yesterday I went to Covent Garden and the street performers were funny. We also went to the science museum and played with all the interactive stuff. Oh and the other night when I got home from Harrow, we watched Little Britain... I lurve Little Britain.
Hmm, that is all.
