Another two reasons to add to the ten
Here are some more reasons why I should have just slept through this whole week.
Last night, I had to come in to campus late to write my radio drama script... then the security guards decided to lock up the journalism building while there were still people inside. So I was running up and down the various flights of stairs cos this place is such a bloody rabbit warren and all the doors were locked or alarmed... luckily Joe was in there too and he knew of a door that I probably never would have found and we managed to get out. But what B.S., who locks a building up that still has several people in it!
Then, this arvo I came in to the library to check my email and I absent mindedly left my wallet next to one of the library catalogues so I was running around the library trying to find my wallet. Thankfully, somebody handed it in at the desk. That's the one good thing that's happened to me this week!
I'm starting to feel a bit better, still have a horrible cough that makes socializing a distant dream and using the computers in the library a lesson in meditation and mind over matter (I must not cough I must not cough), but the fever has calmed down. Hopefully I will be feeling well for next week. It's been nice though people have been checking up that I am ok so that's prevented me from feeling totally miserable.
