Cough cough cough....
This ruddy cold is driving me mental, cough cough cough all day long and all night long. I'm quite sleep deprived this week, I'm not sure why, I think the cough is a contributing factor, plus I have been fairly busy.
Not much has been happening. Had Radio Drama today, which is such a funny subject. We all had to write a five minute script and today we were acting everyone's scripts to collaboratively work on improving them. So many different ideas, it was pretty cool. Mine was inspired by my experiences with horror flatmates. It was about someone living with freaks, then thinking she had found the perfect sharehouse, but finding out her flatmates were actually robots. A bit silly, but not too bad hopefully!
I think I'm starting to pick up the British accent somewhat in the way I say some things... I'm a bit concious about it, because I am worried it will sound contrived, but it's not, it just slips out like that sometimes. I still sound pretty Australian though, don't worry kids!
Other than that, not much to tell. Oh! I updated the travel blog finally. I have been so slack with it, it's shocking really. I think I should have had a stronger focus for what I was putting in it for day one, the writing style is quite choppy and rough and the content is all over the shop. Oh well, may as well try and keep it up and hopefully it will improve. I feel this blog is finally starting to adopt some sort of style, and if anyone out there has constructive criticism, feel free to post I'm always up for hearing it.
Hmm this has been a rather whingey post. Read in the SMH today that the Brits have banned the "Where the bloody hell are you?" ads for Australian tourism from going on TV. That's pretty funny, because they swear just as much as us here!
